- Don’t be afraid to claim what is yours.
- Your strut says a lot about your mood.
- Retreat and love yourself when around harsh energy or environments.
- Stretch often and shake off your stress.
- Take time to listen to the birds sing.
- Indulge in the sweetness of life over the sweets in your food.
- There is no need to shout, softer is better.
- Reduce chemicals and artificial scents in your life. Nature does it best.
- Insects are not to be feared.
- The flowers speak, listen.
- Seek out sunshine and let it warm your heart.
- Boxes are to be played with, not get stuck inside.
- Reach out your paw to those in knead/need.
- Your energy field is bigger than you think.
- Let your loved ones know when something is bothering you.
- Sleep with the softest of pillows, fuzziest of blankets and warmest of bodies.
